Q: When you come for an estimate, does somebody need to be home?
The only reasons you would need to be there is in the event of critters (dogs, goats or similar that need to be monitored), gates that should remain locked that we may need to get through or if you had any additional questions that you would rather ask in person. Otherwise, no - you need not be home. We will look over the project and get back to you with detailed information regarding your estimate.

Q: What all is involved in an estimate? Can't we just let you know the sq. ft.?
No, just the dimensions are not enough. The other factors are (but are mot limited to) age of the surface, the type of stains or buildup, cracks or other significant damage as well as the surface area.

Q: If my roof should need to be replaced, would you wash it anyway?
No. If the roof or deck has too much damage, to the extent cleaning it will do no good, make it worse or enhance the visible aspect of the damage. On the other hand, if our inspection for an estimate shows the surface should be replaced or repaired instead of cleaned, we will let you know.

Q: Do your cleaners harm plants or pets?
No. We take great care in preparing the surrounding areas. Wetting surfaces and plants to prevent any wicking and covering to protect from any overspray is usually enough but we follow up with a good rinse down afterward as well. You will be impressed with the results.
